Administrative Assistant

Duration: 12 months contract Description: · Manage congress allocations for Medical Affairs, managing 800 allocations across 60 departments, collating names and entering them into our internal system.
This is estimated to be a third of the role.
· Support Event managers with our internal approval system to ensure events are compliant and the system is updated in a timely manner.
· This includes communicating with affiliates for any needed information and will require a solution focused mindset as this is a new system · Review of final reconciliations against invoices to ensure these have been accurately completed · Review of transfer of value reports (excel spreadsheets) to check data is accurate.
