Job summary Are you looking for an administrative assistant role in a diverse multidisciplinary team?

As the post holder, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing mail, and taking care of all general administrative tasks within our bustling office.

Main duties of the job The post holder will have skills using IT systems (see below) and digital technology used by the team and assist in answering phone calls, managing mail and general administrative tasks.
IT systems: Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, teams) Oracle Cisco The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to vocational level 2 in a relevant subject or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience.
Desirable ECDL Experience Essential Knowledge of a range of work procedures Experience working in an office environment Knowledge of Data Protection Desirable Previous NHS or Education experience Skills Essential Good computer skills Proven communication skills Desirable Ability to speak Welsh
