Administrative Assistant Location - Stourbridge  Salary - £32,000 (DoE)   Hours - Full-time / In Office Are you an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant eager for your next role?

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.

The company fosters a professional and innovative environment where the whole team share their skills and knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to their clients.  The Role: Administrative Assistant You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment.
The Person: Administrative Assistant To be considered for this role you will need: Proven work experience as an Administrator with a St James's Place Partner Practice in an office support role.  Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet Good time management and planning skills Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs  It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
