Job description Job responsibilities Handle general telephone enquiries, provide appropriate responses and refer on toother members of staff if necessary.
To provide clerical support, filing, photocopying, scanning and general typing Respond to queries from GPs and GP practices Deal with complaints, escalating as appropriate Filing of patient notes in accordance with policies Collecting and transferring patient notes from ward areas/departments Organising team meetings and taking minutes To input, retrieve and collate information using Departmental and Trust computersystems including assisting with data input To identify and participate in audits within the department To adhere to all departmental standard operating procedures, policies and health andsafety regulations.
