The role also includes providing guidance and support to team members while driving continuous improvement across our administrative processes.AccountabilitiesTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of administrators, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Set and track performance goals for team members, providing regular feedback, conducting appraisals, and identifying training needsOperational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient administration processes, managing team workflows and overseeing resource allocation to meet tight deadlines associated with business projects.Collaboration:Work alongside centres of excellence to ensure global alignment on key systems and processesContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, implementing changes as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding administrative support, resolving queries and issues promptly.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including data protection and confidentiality.
General Administration: Assist with higher-level administrative tasks and support as needed, ensuring a hands-on approach within the team.
