Administration Officer / Usher

Salary: £ per hour (on-site)Location: BirminghamContract: 6-month initial contract Hays is currently working with the local courts to recruit several Court Ushers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the local judicial system.
Role Responsibilities: Meeting, greeting, and looking after witnesses.
Assisting jurors in and out of the building by supervising them in judicial areas and guiding them through public areas.
Ensuring the press, public, and families adhere to court rules ( , no food or hot drinks, no filming or recording, and keeping rooms clean and locked during lunch and at the end of the day).
Ideal Candidate: Calm and mature, capable of de-escalating tense situations.
Good under pressure.
Able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Skilled at handling emotional situations.
