Spectrum Community Health Services are currently recruiting for a committed and highly motivated Healthcare Administrator to join the friendly healthcare team at His Majesty's Prison Hull.
HMP Hull is a Category B remand prison serving the courts of the East Yorkshire adult males over the age of 21.
The prison was built in the 19th century and has had major refurbishments to its facilities over the last ten years and now has the capacity to hold over 1000 offenders across its 9 wings.
Main duties of the job The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and information services within the Prison Healthcare Department of the Health and Justice Business Unit.
They will work as part of the administration team to provide high quality clerical, administrative duties for the Physical Health, Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Recovery Team (DART) at HMP Hull with particular reference to the management appointments.
The post holder will provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs.
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of administrative support, in particular the co-ordination of healthcare appointments.
The post holder will be line managed and supported on a day-to-day basis by the Administration Manager.
