Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wigan Admin Teams for a Team Administrator.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience.
You will be part of a team of administrators providingadmin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.
If you have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
Main duties of the job The Team Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Wigan Specialist Community Mental Health Team.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the managers, minute taking of meetings, typing of letters, filing, diary management and other general administrative duties.

Experience of working within the NHS or related healthcare.
Experience of dealing with members of the public.
Knowledge Essential Knowledge of office procedures.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Desirable Knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
Awareness of Recovery Model.
Awareness of children/vulnerable adults guidelines.
Skills and Abilities Essential Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as member of a team.
Ability to operate and maintain filing systems both manual and electronic.
