Job summary An exciting 6-month fixed-term opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Occupational Health Department at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust You will have: Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Good IT and keyboard skills A good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes The ability to work under their own initiative A willingness to learn and develop The ability to travel across sites is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to work at Colchester and Ipswich Hospital to meet service delivery.
Main duties of the job Deliver excellent customer service skills while managing a busy reception desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Assessing internal and external client's requirements and arranging appointments and urgent consultations as appropriate being commercially aware.
To provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team to include knowledge, experience and expertise in a full range of administrative procedures including software functions.
Assisting in maintaining computerised medical records.
