Job Description Administration Assistant Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract MAT Cover, flexible hours 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.

Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.
The role: We currently have a excellent opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our team at our Oaks Hospital, based in Colchester.
This will be a 12 month Fixed-term contract maternity cover.
You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
You will provide non-clinical support for the ward manager to assist in all non-clinical essential functions.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
