Administration Assistant

This organisation is based in East Belfast, they are looking to hire a permanent administrator to assist with their daily operations.
In this role you will be office based Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Your new role In this role you will be responsible for the following: To support the operations of the business in all departments, including and not exclusive to, enquiry, quotation, service & maintenance To assist in maintaining accurate & professional communications with the client base To support the invoicing of clients To support the operations of the business with outlook, word & excel tasks Responding to the client base in a professional & timely manner To send quotations to the client base with the support of the management team Provide support to finance to include processing invoicing via sage Update enquiry tracker daily via Microsoft Excel Support service & maintenance department with invoicing via field motion What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have the following: Minimum 6 months experience with SAGE GCSEs including Maths and English graded A-C or equivalent Excellent IT skills, including experience with outlook, Microsoft Excel & word Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
