Job summary This role is to support our integrated healthcare team in the delivery and monitoring of care.
The successful candidate will be required to coordinate their work within the prison environment as well as liaising with outside agencies and will be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise work.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English NVQ 2 or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Knowledge Essential Knowledge of working within a busy reception environment A good knowledge of patient confidentiality Desirable Knowledge around Information Governance Experience Essential Experience of working with the public in a busy working environment Desirable Experience of working with SystmOne or other computerised patient system.
Experience of working in healthcare in a similar role
