Job summary Providing secretarial, clerical and receptionist support to our specialist teams who provide elective and emergency care for women under the gynaecology service, and working to maintain an excellent patient experience.
Main duties of the job Receive telephone calls and enquiries from patients, colleagues and external contacts, managing these in a professional, timely and courteous manner at all time.Helping the management of outpatient procedures, appointment booking, assessing clinical activity to ensure accurate bookings.Communicate with secretarial and clinical team regarding patients' procedure details and instruction, at times liaising directly with patients.Request, receive and manage medical records as appropriate.
