We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Admin Team Leaderto join our professional team in Coxheath.
We're a close team but we're never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care?

This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provideadmin support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.
We put patients first and we expect all of our colleagues to do the same, so although NHS experience isn't a requirement for this role you'll need to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care and keep that passion at the forefront of your professional activity at all times.
The challenges come thick and fast in this role but you'll know that your input is contributing to the excellent experience our patients and service users have every day.
Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Please note, this vacancy does not meet the criteria for skilled worker sponsorship.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Level 4 qualification ( certificate of higher education, higher national certificate, NVQ level 4) or equivalent demonstrable experience Desirable NVQ Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor or other leadership/management qualification Experience Essential Practical application of HR practices, policies and procedures Leading teams in busy and pressurised environments Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information Desirable NHS administrative experience Experience of working with members of the public Basic experience of a financial system Agresso Knowledge Essential Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint In depth knowledge of the service, site and users Design and development of standard and bespoke data reports Desirable Understanding of health and social care sector, including working knowledge of NHS structures, policies and processes Skills & abilities Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds at all levels of seniority Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills Desirable Ability to record accurate minutes of meetings and present to a high standard Ability to concentrate and focus on diverse tasks whilst dealing with frequent interruptions Personal attributes Essential Ability to apply sound judgement and logical approach to identify key or underlying issues and use initiative to solve problems Ability to be innovative and objective as well as logical in resolving problems Ability to prioritise, multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities, reorganising own and teams workload to meet deadlines Adept at both negotiation and persuasion Ability to deal with distressing or emotional situations and discussions objectively and with emotional intelligence Desirable Ability to travel to diverse sites, Possess a willingness to learn Ability to manage Essential Ability to plan and organise own workload without direct supervision Proven ability to manage staff including performance and absence management Desirable Ability to cope with pressure during busy periods and act in a professional manner at all times
