Job Advert: Administrative Support Assistant Location: Workington Hours: 18.5 hours per week, flexible with how the hours are worked Contract: Fixed-term until March 2025 Salary: £12.50ph Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative work?
Our public sector client is seeking a part-time Administrative Support Assistant to join their team!
Key Responsibilities: Process applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Handle general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
Check applications against procedure notes and circulate them for review.
Monitor and manage the departments inbox, responding to and forwarding emails as appropriate.
Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team.
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Teams.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
