Admin Assistant – Retail, Excel Admin Assistant – Retail, Excel The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working) .
The duration of the contract is 2 months initially .
The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour .
The client is a multinational, high street retailer.
Key accountabilities of the role Support the International Clothing & Home trading team in the delivery of a global product strategy, which maximises sales and aligns to the business strategy, across all selling channels and routes to market Understanding of the critical path lead-times for both product and partners, taking ownership for ensuring timely and effective inventory management Support the International Trading and Marketplace teams to ensure purchase orders are raised correctly within the critical path for optimum trading and supporting the Trading teams in delivering best in class selling events for all partners including assisting with product catalogue accuracy and event management Working with the Trading team and sourcing offices to track changes to product and ensure purchase orders are shipped on time for the planned seasonal launch.
Work closely with the Hub teams to efficiently manage inbound stock within agreed time frames, to ensure optimum fulfilment for partners.
Ensure all lines are systemically set up ready to dispatch for optimum trading potential Support the International Trading team with sales and stock analysis to support with maximising order book and profit opportunities for future growth Plan and action effective distribution of tradable stock across partners and channels, considering performance and profitability Key skills and experience Strong numerical, administrative, analytical and interpretive skills.
Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with people, through strong communicative, influencing and organisational skills.
Critical path creation and delivery understanding.
Ability to understand performance, key metrics and how to use such data to maximise sales and deliver growth in future seasons in their area.
Ability to fully utilise appropriate IT systems, in particular a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel Ability to manage change and adapt to fresh challenges and new ways of working A desire to be part of a high performing culture
