Admin Assistant (Central Reading)Are you a highly organised, detail-orientated Administrative Assistant with a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?Here at Premier Group, we are currently seeking a driven individual to join us in our Reading HQ working within our Back Office department providing sales support across the company.As an Administrative Assistant at Premier Group, you will be responsible for maintaining daily office operations in addition to ensuring timely delivery of contract documents to clients and contractors, completing legal compliance, managing data entry for company records, and generating analysis reports for shareholders.This role offers significant growth potential with opportunities to expand responsibilities.All you need is a positive attitude as full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic and fun team in our Reading HQ.About the Role:Responsibilities:Main point of contact for visitors and liaising with building reception teamComplete general office housekeeping, maintaining a presentable working environmentManage office supplies, furniture, and refreshments (including Director requests)Coordinate employee birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone celebrationsAssist with client hospitalityConduct and oversee office risk assessments (PAT testing, emergency lighting, etc)Obtain and maintain building-related risk assessmentsUpdate company records, enter and maintain company data accurately and efficiently into Excel spreadsheetsAnnounce company and consultant personal bestsSend references for former workersPlan and executive company events, monthly lunch clubs and incentives, managing all logistics (venues, travel, suppliers, etc)Process all new and renewed contract placements, monitor contract end dates and facilitate renewals or terminations, collect contractor informationConduct thorough compliance checksManage HMRC reporting, IR35 audits and agency worker regulationsGenerate daily paperwork reports and weekly league tables for shareholdersCollaborate with payroll on compliance and pay related queriesEnsure GDPR complianceRequirements:Minimum 12 months experience in a similar administration role or within a recruitment agency (desirable)Great communication skills both verbal and writtenPersonableExcellent organisation and strong attention to detail with problem-solving skillsProactive and reactive approach to workGood time managementGood telephone mannerAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines within set timescalesWillingness to manage changePositive attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Why Premier Group?Competitive base salary (DOE)In-house ongoing training provided, supported by our Learning & Development teamWork From Home and Flexi-Time options availableCompany-wide events throughout the yearVibrant and enjoyable working environmentFree breakfastEAP scheme as we care about your well-beingIf you're eager to join us and take advantage of the benefits listed above, don't wait!Administrative experience working within a sales environment is desirable however while you might not fulfil every desired qualification, if your experience is unique and you strongly believe you can add value to the role, we're excited to hear from you.
