\n Start date- ASAP \n \n Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer at Leeds Combined Court with our client, The Ministry of Justice.
The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for the overall running of the courts.
\n Responsibilities include: \n \n Administration of Court applications, processes and Orders.
\n Use of Excel and Outlook, E-mail handling and telephone enquires.
\n Public facing Counter duties with public and stakeholders.
\n Court clerking - going into Court, using recording technology - use of Teams and Cloud Video Platform IT.
\n Working closely with the Judiciary \n \n Skill and Experience required: \n \n Great communication skills and excellent telephone manner \n Able to work at pace \n Positive, can-do attitude \n Customer service experience \n Able to multitask \n Strong admin ability \n IT literate, use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel \n \n \n If this sounds like the ideal role for you, apply now!
