Job summary Band 4 Nursing Associates work closely with people who useour services and play an important contribution in how people experience ourservices.
Band 4 Nursing Associates are expected to:Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and beaccountable to the ADHD Specialist clinicians and service managerBe accountable as professionals registered withthe NMC and work to the Code for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing AssociatesAnalysis of rating scalesGathering developmental historyReview of physical health questionsPsychosocial interventionsPromote health and prevent ill healthProvide and monitor careWork to improve safety and the quality of careAs a Nursing Associate you may be expected to practiceany of the skills listed in the NMC Standards of Proficiency skills annexes, or to beresponsible for the care delivered to a number of service users however, youwill always be supervised by a registered nurse and receive support from thewider multi- disciplinary team.
