Adaptive Insights Architect

We are looking for an Adaptive Insights Architect to join our client on a 6 month contract, outside IR35.
Design and implement Adaptive Insights solutions tailored to clients' FP&A needs, ensuring alignment with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting objectives.
Provide strategic consulting expertise on FP&A best practices within Adaptive Insights, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and insights in clients' financial processes.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, with demonstrated success in at least two Adaptive Insights projects.
Customise Adaptive Insights to meet specific client requirements, optimising system performance, data integration, and reporting capabilities to support financial transformation initiatives.
Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams with the skills needed for effective financial planning and analysis using Adaptive Insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Data, and Technology) to ensure the Adaptive Insights solution integrates seamlessly with broader business transformation goals.
Strong experience in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience and demonstrated success in leading at least two Adaptive Insights implementation projects.
Proven experience in a consultancy or advisory capacity, guiding clients through financial transformations and Adaptive Insights implementations.
Strong proficiency in Adaptive Insights, including model building, data integration, and report generation.
Familiarity with other EPM or ERP systems is a plus.
Solid finance background, with a deep understanding of FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively, specifically within Adaptive Insights projects.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in training end-users and presenting complex concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving client issues Qualifications Certifications: Adaptive Insights certification is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse industries and how FP&A needs vary across sectors.
