As a adaptations and customer alterations administrator you'll be the first point of contact to customers, providing advice and answering queries.
You'll work across various systems, providing admin support to the wider team as well as build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the team, the wider business as well as external organisations.
This role is permanent and full time.
You'll be based from our Wolverhampton office (WV10).
Due to the nature of the role, a basic DBS check is required.
To be a successful in this role you will: Be experienced in supporting property investment or housing related activity or a customer focused environment Use initiative; be experienced working under pressure and be able to adapt to change Have experience in using Bromford systems (D365, Capita, Orchard and ActiveH would be ideal, although not essential) and willing to learn any future systems Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines Have good general knowledge of Property systems, and ideally a good understanding of adaptations and alterations Collating, archiving, scanning, naming and uploading/downloading documents to and from Bromford's document management systems Be experienced in using Microsoft software and systems Pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service Be a great ambassador for Bromford.
