Ad-Hoc Teaching Assistant Opportunities SEN provisions and mainstream schools   Are you passionate about working with children and supporting their education?
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant or someone working with children or vulnerable individuals.
We have exciting opportunities for you in both SEN and mainstream settings.
  Flexible working options:   As an ad-hoc teaching assistant, you'll have the freedom to choose the days you want to work.
Opportunities include:   Supply work: Covering various schools as needed Long-term placements: Working at a single school on a part-time or full-time basis Specialist roles: Supporting children 1:1 with SEND or working as a general TA   Why choose this role:   Work-Life Balance: Hours are 08:30 - 15:30, term time only Permanent Opportunities: Start with ad-hoc work and transition into a permanent role if you're the right fit for a school Diverse Opportunities: Gain experience in a variety of educational settings and roles   What you'll be doing:   Supporting the class teacher in delivering activities, lessons and interventions Working in small groups or on a one-to-one basis with children to support their learning and development Create a safe, caring and nurturing environment for students Adapting to the individual needs of children following the school's behaviour management policy Communicating effectively with staff and students   What we're looking for:   Passion: Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's education and wellbeing  Adaptability: Flexible and patient when working with children of different abilities and needs Skills: Strong communication and subject knowledge to engage and support learners Experience: Prior work with children or vulnerable people is essential   Whether you are seeking a role to fit around your schedule or an opportunity to build your experience in education, we would love to hear from you.
