What you will be doing...  As our new Leisure Luminary, you will provide a seamless and memorable experience for our guests and owners.
This means:    
Making sure the Leisure and Activities programme is delivered to the highest standards, delivering excellent customer service.
Recruiting, training, and developing your direct reports.
Taking full responsibility of all revenue streams.
Planning strategies with the management team to meet seasonal demands of the business.
Ensuring the safety of customers and team members and the security of all activities and leisure equipment, chemicals, the plant room and pools.
