Activities Coordinator Location: Aylesbury HP19 (central location) Salary: £12.13 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week (4 x 7.5 hours) ***This home is rated good overall by the CQC – but OUTSTANDING in one area (Well Led) by the CQC*** Details Great location for Public Transport and Free Parking.
PART TIME – 30 hours per week.
You must have experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.
You will be working for a charitable organisation that prioritizes the needs of residents and staff, relying on the dedication and passion of our employees to improve the home experience and foster a relaxed and informal community.
Overview We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and provide activity opportunities for our residents.
You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
