Job Description Job Title: Activities Co-Ordinator \n Location: Crowthorne \n Job Type: Full-Time \n Hours: 40 hours, including weekdays and every other weekend \n Pay Rate: £13.03 Per Hour + Great Benefits \n \n The Role: \n As an Activities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and leading a variety of engaging activities for residents in a care home.
This will include creating both group and individual programmes, as well as arranging themed event nights.
You will oversee a small team, ensuring that all activity schedules and agendas are followed to promote residents' well-being and social engagement.
\n Requirements: \n \n Previous experience working within care and understanding the needs of residents \n Able to demonstrate experience in organising activities \n Experience of supervising others \n Understanding of the importance of confidentiality \n Strong IT skills \n To be organised, outgoing and approachable \n Must be able to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure, but don't be put off if you don't currently have one - we are happy to assist you in obtaining it \n \n \n Interested in this opportunity?
