Bellfield is a residential care home located in the heart of Banchory, providing high-quality care and support for older people.

Our team works collaboratively to ensure that each resident receives personalised care, promoting their independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.By joining our team, you'll be part of a supportive and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.We are looking for a motivated Activities Coordinator to join our Older People Services team.
You will plan and deliver a range of therapeutic and engaging activities tailored to our service users' needs, providing both mental and physical stimulation.
Your responsibilities will include organising indoor activities, outings, and one-to-one sessions, while ensuring all activities align with individual care plans.
The role involves flexibility with some evening and weekend shifts and requires collaboration with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
You will also contribute to our Christian ethos by leading worship and prayer sessions in line with CrossReach policy.
Ideally, you should have or be willing to achieve an SVQ 3 in Social Care, be self-motivated, and understand activities suited to older people.
Basic computer skills are necessary, and a Christian faith is required under the Equality Act 2010.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
