Job Title: SHEQ Advisor Location: Huddersfield office Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible Hours Salary from: £40,000 + Benefits The role Actemium Automation are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Advisor on a full time basis to support the our safety needs across the business unit's within the UK.
You will be providing an efficient, timely and responsive SHEQ advisory support to the business, contributing to the development and maintenance of our SHEQ systems and procedures.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards.
Main Responsibilities Offer guidance on environmental sustainability to meet targets and drive towards net zero objectives.
Conduct reviews of contractor documentation, and deliver safety meetings, audits, and inspections.
Ensuring delivery of legislative compliance and promotion of continuous improvement of safety performance.
Producing timely and efficient reports/information to managers, conducting monthly H&S & Quarterly Environment reporting.
The Person Working Knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 45001 & 14001, competent internal auditor NVQ Level 3/4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice or NEBOSH certificate & Tech IOSH Excellent communication skills, good in both written & oral skills to deliver reports to the business and customers.
Ability to develop and deliver training material in an engaging and effective manner.
