Job Description Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Mentoring and developing junior members of the team. Reviewing and preparing accounts and tax returns. Contributing to the development of the firm's tax strategy. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Accounts & Tax Manager' should have:
A qualification in Accounting or a related field. Extensive knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to speak with and advise clients. Knowledge of current accounts and tax legislation. Knowledge of CCH would be preferable, although not essential. Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, Sage is required. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. Eligibility to join the Medi-cash scheme.
