Accounts Senior

TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a fantastic, chartered accountancy practice in Sandwich, Kent.

  As an Accounts Senior your responsibilities will include the following: Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies.
Prepare client tax returns and advise on tax payable and payment dates Bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, supplier maintenance and management accounts, as and when required Proactively liaise with clients to obtain relevant information, ensuring attention to detail Monitor own job quality and quantity in line with agreed budgets, meeting these targets and exceeding where possible Support trainees by providing on the job coaching Assisting clients with accounts software and other queries as required Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants will have the following skills, experience, and attributes: Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience Be IT literate, preferably with knowledge of Iris, and/or Sage, Xero or Quickbooks Have excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills Highly organised and self-motivated Benefits £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable 25 days annual leave + 8 days for bank holiday Please apply for the vacancy or contact Tristan Finch for a confidential conversation.
