Role - Accounts Senior/Manager Location – Accrington Salary - £33,000 - £45,000 Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible and Hybrid working Team socials and lunches Training opportunities and support with further qualifications if desired Increased annual leave after tenure Puro Accountancy are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy practice in Accrington in their search for a full-time permanent Senior Accountant or Accounts Manager to join their friendly well-established team of accountancy professionals.
You will play a crucial role in working with a diverse range of clients, providing comprehensive accounting services and financial guidance.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting and tax services.
Prepare and review annual accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns.
Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Mentor and lead junior team members, offering training and support as necessary.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying avenues for business growth and development.
Requirements: ACCA or ACA qualified Will need ideally at least 3+ years within a UK accountancy firm.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
