Accounts Receivable / Finance Assistant Location: Lisburn Salary: £13.50 per hour- Mon - Fri 8am-5pm Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team in Lisburn on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is crucial in supporting the finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable tasks and assisting in various finance-related duties.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files Key Skills & Experience: Experience: Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance assistant role is essential.
