Accounts Receivable Clerk - Swindon

The role:We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the finance team in the vibrant world of event management.
In this role, you'll manage client invoices, track payments, and support cash flow for the client's events.Role Responsibilities:* Manage client invoicing post-event, ensuring accurate and timely distribution* Follow up on outstanding payments and support cash flow management* Reconcile accounts to ensure finance records reflect accurate transaction details* Check and update all financial records related to event bookings and payments* Collaborate with the finance and event teams to handle client billing inquiries* Provide regular accounts receivable reports to internal stakeholders* Uphold high standards for timeliness and accuracy in all financial processesKey Skills* Strong administrative skills* Basic finance knowledge (AAT qualification helpful but not mandatory)* Excellent communication abilities* High attention to detail* Proficiency with Excel* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills* Team player with a focus on accuracy and efficiency* Prior credit control experience is beneficial but not required Job Tenure: Permanent
