Accounts Receivable Assistant - Spanish Speaking

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Darlington.
This is a temporary role until end of March 2025.
Based on the Darlington Site.
This is a hybrid role, on average you will be in the office 2 days a week.
During the training period this will be more.Responsibilities: * Interacting via telephone and e-mail with other departments across the business.
* General admin tasks * To work with a high volume of internal and external customers over the telephone and via e-mail * Prepare reports * Work closely with teams as appropriate to resolve any Accounts Receivable issues and to build, open and honest partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with multiple Business Units and customers to identify potential problems and also potential solutions.
* Fully participate in continual improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable processes.
* Work as a key part of a multi skilled team.Required Skills/Qualifications * 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Knowledge of Spanish * High attention to detail who are open and friendly communicators.
* 5 x GCSEs (A*-C grade including Maths and English) or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is preferred * Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e mail.
* Experience of MS Office including intermediate Excel skills.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships * Ability to prioritise work effectively * Excellent organisational skills.
* To cover additional responsibilities within the team where needed.This role is Monday to Friday and pays £13.13ph
