Accounts Payable Assistant

Accounts payable Assistant Waltham Cross, Cheshunt Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm 37.5 hours per week plus holiday £12.80 per hour (25k) Are you available for work immediately?
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant for 3 months possibly longer, to support the finance department by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks.
You will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to ensure accurate financial records, efficient processing of transactions, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
The role will include: Entering invoices on the system Two-way match invoices to POs Check goods received notes Dealing with supplier queries Bank statement reconciliation Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software Sage 50 is advantageous.
