Accounts Payable Assistant Full time, permanent £25,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience Nutley, Uckfield I am partnering with a forever growing business, who maintain their family feel culture whilst expanding.
This forward thinking, friendly, supportive organisation are looking to recruit a self-sufficient Accounts Payable Assistant, who has excellent attention to detail, confident communicator when resolving invoice queries with internal and external bodies.
You will join a busy, friendly finance department, where you will support the Accounts Payable Manager with the end-to-end process.
You will need your own vehicle to get to office due to their rural location.
Duties and responsibilities: Inputting supplier invoices Allocating and coding payments on the system Dealing with all queries in a timely manner Internal and external communication, resolving invoice queries Keeping a record of invoices sent and received from Auditors Supplier account reconciliation Weekly reporting Apply today to avoid missing out on this exciting opportunity!
