The Role: As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the finance team, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include: System Use: Proficiency with JD Edwards and Excel for processing and reporting.
Invoice Processing: Handling purchase orders, invoices, and payment runs.
Cost Invoices: Verifying and coding cost invoices accurately.
Reconciliations: Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
Payments: Preparing and processing payment batches.
Query Resolution: Managing and resolving supplier queries efficiently.
