We have an amazing opportunity for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Shangri-La family.
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and isnt scared of getting stuck in.
The role will focus on Accounts payable, handling invoices, payment processing, administration, accounts aging, audit and general duties.
It takes a very special kind of person to work at Shangri-La: someone with an eye for detail and the skills to perform.
Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.
The ideal candidate must have a complete knowledge of accounts payable operations, chart of accounts (USALI), and receiving and purchasing operations.
The Accounts Payable Assistant is also responsible to prepare month end accruals, pre-payment journals and accounts reconciliation.
Analysis will be presented in management meetings.

Does this sound like you?
Knowledge of Adaco and SUN system You have previous experience in hospitality.
Understanding of Excel and Word Preferablybut not essential experience in a 4* or 5* hotel.
Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
Oral & written fluency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Be motivated & a self-starter.
Initiative and ability to work independently.
Business acumen.
