We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.
THE ROLE Accounts Payable Assistant - Aberdeen ( Permanent) Based within the internal finance department of AAB, the key duties of the roles are: Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for a number of AAB companies Ensuring that invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company procedure Admin & processing of corporate credit card statements Allocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runs Dealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner Experience and skill set required for the role: Experience in a high volume environment is essential Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Proficient in the use of IT & Financial systems Experience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous.
