Accounts Manager/Senior Manager – Chelmsford, Essex – Top 70 Firm

Our client is a fast-growing Top 70 firm with modern offices located in Chelmsford, Essex. The firm is young and entrepreneurial with experienced senior partners. The firm is seeking candidates who are hungry to reach partnership as they will need to grow their partner base in line with their own growth.
Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for your clients, working closely with the designated Director. Manage the financial performance of your portfolio with regards to fee levels, recoveries, WIP, and Debtor positions. Review compliance work including year-end statutory accounts, VAT returns, management accounts, and personal/company tax returns. Supervise team members and manage workflow through the office. Qualifications: Be ACA or ACCA Qualified. Have over 2 years' post-qualified experience and at least 5 years' experience working within practice. Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts clients. Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff.
