The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving specific elements of the order intake budget aligned with the overall company budget.
Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and providing insights for sales forecasts and budgets are crucial responsibilities.
Building strong relationships with key customers and ensuring their requirements are understood and managed effectively is essential.
The Sales Manager will need to develop a good technical understanding of the company's products and capabilities while collaborating with the engineering team to communicate market trends and competitive intelligence that can drive innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
Experience in a customer-facing role within an engineering setting (sales experience not required).
Strong skills in building customer relationships, along with a deep understanding of their challenges and needs.
