Accounts Manager (Sale)

We're looking for a Field Sales Manager to join a small but growing waste and renewables company based in Bristol.
They are offering a basic salary up to £50,000 plus commission and the option of a company car or car allowance.
This role will be managing the current BDM team, whilst leading from the front with sales techniques and growing the revenue and headcount for the team.
The role of Sales Manager involves:
Regularly going out on the road with your team to support and identify growth opportunities.
Working closely with the Telesales team to ensure continued collaboration.
Identifying new sales opportunities where necessary.

For the Sales Manager role, you need:
Previous experience leading a field sales team is essential.
Experience and knowledge within the Waste and Renewables industry is preferred but other transferable industries will be considered.
Full clean UK driving licence is needed.

As the Sales Manager, you'll get:
