Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Review: Draft and review budgets, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Delegate, supervise, and review the work of senior and junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
Financial Statement Oversight: Review draft financial statements to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee budgets for client accounts, proactively identifying any issues and ensuring timely delivery.
Team Performance Management: Take responsibility for setting clear goals and ensuring the team meets performance standards.
Candidate Requirements: Qualifications: Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or ICAS accountant.
Experience: Demonstrated expertise in preparing year-end financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns.
Leadership: Proven experience managing teams, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Client-Focused: Strong communication skills for effective client management, with an eye for detail and quality in financial deliverables.
