Role: Accounts Assistant (Industry) Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester Benefits: Competitive Salary (Dependant on Experience) Enhanced Holiday Package Company Pension Cycle to work scheme Opportunities for growth and progression We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a small but thriving company that produces specialist protective clothing in the South Manchester area.
You'll play a vital role in managing financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities: Credit Control: Monitor overdue payments, resolve client disputes, and maintain debtor records.
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and prepare payment runs.
Reconciliations: Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.
Final Accounts Preparation: Assist with trial balances, adjustments, and year-end schedules.
General Support: Maintain financial records and ensure compliance.
