Accounts Assistant

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant seeking an immediate opportunity in Nottinghamshire?
Cherry Professional are proud to represent our client, a charitable organisation based in Nottinghamshire, in their search for a dedicated and skilled Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.
This is a temporary position requiring immediate availability and is fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial To prepare information for and liaise with the external payroll Responding to inquiries, regarding financial transactions and records.
Issue of monthly statements.
Reconciliation of payments.
To produce timely management information - including a breakdown of donations and other ad hoc information as required by the Senior Leadership Team.
To maintain the Fixed Asset register Handle VAT queries About You: Proven background working within a full finance Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using MS packages, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other finance High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
