Accounts Assistant

Our client is looking for an individual with experience in full end-to-end Accounts Payable, who is competent in Microsoft Office and is looking for a challenge in and exciting role.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all communications into the accounts mailbox Handling the purchase order logs Prepare payment runs each month on time Prepare and process sales invoices monthly Responsible for credit control and monitoring the updates Undertake reconciliation including travel and supplier statements Handling petty cash Review contract financials for implementation of new projects.
