Job Description Accounts Assistant - Property Management Department \nSalary up to £30,000 FTE\nLeeds City Centre\nHybrid Working \nPart time or full time hours \n\nDue to expansion, my client, a Chartered Surveyors firm in Leeds are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their Property Management department.
\n\nYou will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of client accounts.\n\n* Managing the invoicing\n* Responsible for the rent and service charge collection\n* Paying invoices and monies over to clients\n* Regular reporting to client\n* Keeping the system up to date\n\nSkills required \n\n* Experience using Qube software or similar property management software \n* Have experience in either commercial or residential property management accounts, but not essential.\n* Good organisational and time-management abilities to ensure you meet required deadlines.\n* Strong numerical skills & a background in accounts.\n* Good verbal and written communication skills.\n* Be confident in managing full accounts processes.\n\nCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
