Accounts Assistant

This role is 30 hours per week, split over 4 or 5 days, depending on the candidates preference.
This will be a 6 month fixed term contract, although there is strong potential for a permanent position for the right individual.
Please only apply if you are happy to attend the office in Farringdon at least twice per week.
The role is paid at £22,500 per annum, after being pro rated from £30,000.

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role as an Accounts Assistant based in our London office.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for a number of bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: Bank reconciliations (in GBP and Euro) Accounts payable data entry to Xero Collecting and filing invoices and receipts Depreciation, prepayment and accrual schedules Ad hoc accounts tasks to assist the broader accounts teams objectives Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a very similar role At least 1 year of experience working with Xero Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communicator and a self starter
