7-IA/LW Accounts Assistant ASAP Start 3 month contract Up to £30k (permanent equivalent) Up to 3 days WFH, based in Wimbledon officeThe client:A transformative, international community of schools with the objective of developing learning for students in an innovative, transformative way.The role: Accounts Assistant duties will include, but are not limited to:Accounts Payable management, including invoicing, updating supplier information, communicating with suppliers on payment queries, and ensuring adherence to company policies.Cash management, including monitoring balances and currencies, and having an input in bi-weekly bank reconciliations.Wider accounts assistant duties such as dealing with expenses and general month end contributions.The successful candidate:It is essential that the successful candidate has a relevant finance qualification (e. AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Has familiarity and strong proficiency with MS Office.Is a strong communicator and has a high level of attention to detail.Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and proactive in driving progress.Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems would be desirable.Additional language is advantageous with the company operating internationally.The details and benefits:Salary equivalent of £30k.3 month contract.Based in office in Wimbledon, with up to 3 days WFH.ASAP start.Working in a growing, innovative environment and team.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please do apply today!
