This role will allow for further development and career progression for the right candidate. Working with Senior Members of the Finance Team this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties... Assisting with Statement reconciliations. Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits Matching Goods Received Notes and Purchase Orders to Invoices Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed Bank Reconciliation Management of company petty cash Assisting with AD HOC accounts duties and general bookkeeping duties as required. Monthly financial reporting Review and posting of employee expenses Your skills & experience Experience of working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function. Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
