Accounts Assistant

InstaStaff are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a distribution company, this role be based at their head office in Corby.
This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, the working hours are flexible for the right candidate You will be a vital part of the finance and accounts team, and be undertaking the duties of an Accounts Assistant.
Previous Accounts Assistant experience is essential.
The duties of the Accounts Assistant will be: Posting of sales and purchase invoices for various business units Stock reconciliation Cash account reconciliation Margin analysis Process staff expenses Process bank receipts and payments Dealing with stock systems Liasing with over 6 shop managers across the UK Process online and shop sales and expenses Generate intercompany invoices Intercompany reconciliation Various ledger reconciliations Cost and Trend analysis Assist year end procedures Filing Ad hoc tasks The ideal Accounts Assistant will have: · Previous experience as a Bookkeeper * An AAT qualification · The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced finance team The salary for the Bookkeeper will be circa £30,000 The hours of work for the Bookkeeper with be 37.5 hours per week, working hours are flexible.
